So I met this girl and she is cool.
And I am like hey, and she is like hey.
And things were going well, but then I realized something.
I am a little bitch when it comes to chicks.
I want to ask her to our prom and I think that she is going to say yes.
But what I said two lines ago comes back to bite me in the ass.
Also there is something else in the way, her age.
She is younger then me, like two and one fourth years.
Is this okay?
I have people tell me that it is, but I just don't know.

YES ITS FINE... You should go for it... I really think that she will say yes, (I figured out who it is)... Just go for it, tell yourself what I always tell myself. "The worst she can do is say no"... And is being said no to really all that bad? At least you gave it a go... So I say go for it...
i personally just came out of a relationship where he was over two years older than me. this worked to our advantage in many ways, as that two year difference usually spans any gaps in maturity that's lacking by either party. as far as mustering up the courage to do it...just do it. it's attractive when a guy has the guts to ask all by himself. and even moreso than these points, you'll have to live with greater regret if you don't ask, than if you ask and get turned down. go for it.
